Pulborough pancake event raises £1,193

The Great Pulborough Pancake Day took place on Shrove Tuesday, 17th February, and was extremely popular. As well as freshly cooked pancakes, there was a huge tombola and a display about the work of Education West Africa. The money raised was shared between EWA and two other charities, and we were delighted to receive a fantastic donation of £1,193, which will be used to help children and their schools in Sierra Leone. Thank you to everyone who organised and supported this amazing event.
Pulborough Village Hall was full of people enjoying pancakes.
The event was very well attended.
A display showed the projects EWA had completed in 2025.
There was a huge tombola.
