St Andrew's Fellowship helps Damballa Road School

03 August 2025 21:05

St Andrew's Fellowship, a group based at St Andrew's Church in Moulsecoomb, Brighton, recently hosted a talk from Trustee Amanda Healey. The event raised £126 for EWA, and this money, combined with other recent donations, has already been sent to Sierra Leone. It is being used to reroof a classroom block at Damballa Road School in Bo, where children were unable to complete a test at the end of term because their classroom had been flooded by heavy rain. The children will now begin the new school year in September in a safe and dry classroom. We hope to be able to reroof the second classroom block at this school in the near future.
